Default Help with CEL codes

This is my first post in here. I just got my Vag-Com cable today and decided to scan for codes since I have had a CEL for the past week or so. I am using the unregistered version of Vag-Com(409.1) for the time being. Anyways here is what I got back:

VAG-COM Version: Release 409.1-US
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Address 01: Engine
Controller: 8E0 909 518 F
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0001
Coding: 0016701
Shop #: WSC 63351
4 Faults Found:
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16687 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0303 - 001 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
17544 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1136 - 001 - Please Register/Activate
17658 - Fuel Level too Low
P1250 - 008 - Implausible Signal
Readiness: 0000 0000

Obviously I am not sure what the middle two codes are for since shareware won't decode them for me. As for the others, I know what I misfire is but not sure on the Fuel level too low?

I cleared the codes to see if they will come back but just curious what may have caused them? I just got the car about two weeks ago, the used car dealer gassed it up for me so wondering if they maybe just threw regular in it rather than premium. The car seems to be running perfectly FWIW.

Thanks,

Kevin
