i just bought a 02 s6 from the US. i live in canada, can i change the odometer to km's and mpg to...
mpg to l/100km with a vag-com. i've worked on my previous audi and taken automotive courses in college. i live in winnipeg, manitoba and there are only 2 vw/audi dealerships in this city and not many other places that willingly work on audis.
with a vag-com i can basically communicate with my car right? how do i hook it up to my computer?
is the only place to buy it from ross-tech?
which one should i purchase, and does it come with everything i need to perform diagnostics?

Yes, recode the instrument cluster for Canada.
From Ross-Tech Wiki:

0 = Germany
1 = Rest of World (Left Hand Drive)
2 = USA
3 = Canada

5 = Japan (Left Hand Drive)
6 = Arabian States
