New to here and a complete novice with car electrics.

I have a 2018 A3 S-Line saloon RHS drive (UK).

About a month ago i received a stack of error messages on the dash, initially all my interior lights failed - no footwell, boot, vanity mirrors etc and the dash dimmed upon starting the car; then some exterior lights stopped working - front indicator lights and side lights. Dash errors now say that “vehicle lights malfunction”, “front right turn signal”, “front left turn signal”, “front right side light”, “front left side light”, and “audi adaptive light fault”.

Checked fuses and all seem fine so it’s nothing obvious.

Plugged into a friends VAGCOM and the error sections are on Auto HVAC, Central Electrics and Instruments. I’ve pasted these below….
