If it is negative by more than -10% your mixture is too rich: leaking injectors, fuel pressure too high, Leaking EVAP cannister purge valve, MAF reading too high
If it is positive by more than +10% your mixture is too lean: clogged injectors, fuel pressure too low, leak in inlet manifold vacuum system, MAF reading too low
If it is positive by more than +10% your mixture is too lean: clogged injectors, fuel pressure too low, leak in inlet manifold vacuum system, MAF reading too low
