Please help with code......

I posted this code earlier, but was told it was incomplete. This is the exact text as taken from the VAG Com screen. The code only clears momentarily. As soon as the car is started the code is right back instantly. I'm a novice at this and don't understand all the abbreviations, etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks 2004 3.0 A4 Automatic.
