Problem with Vag-com

I am unable to login to control modules...I get following message:
"login lost due to dropped session"....everthing else is working fine.
What is causing it ?

Please give us some details. What vehicle, year, make, model, etc..? What login are you using and in what module?

Please post an AutoScan of the vehicle.

2004 audi allroad, 2.7T. module to change "level control module 34" (less common module). Using login 31564. than I get that message...
Would you know why ? any tips are appreciated.

What version of VC are you using? "Less Common Modules" hasn't been around since.. Well, I can't remember, but it sure isn't in any version that's still supported.

I tried both versions 3.x and 4.x. Getting the same message. What would be the cause of this message, anything on the laptop that could cause it ?
WHat is your knowledge base tell you. Any tips are appreciated. Thank you
