Bosch 5.3 ABS Unit Recoding
I purchased a used ABS unit for my 2000 Audi A6 2.7t. The donor car was a 2000 Audi A4 1.8t. Using the login info generated from the donor car's options, I can't successfully login to decode. I can connect to the ABS unit no problem with VCDS, but every code I try results in the incorrect login info message. Could there be an issue accessing the unit through the A6 as opposed to the original car? There's no faults showing in the ABS and a Rough Road fault showing in the Engine scan.
Is there a way to access the unit on the bench using VCDS or another method?
