S4Per, going back through some archives trying to solve same issue for me. ...
Did GIAC mention which pin was bad solder? I just took my TCU out, tape off, metal cover off and noticed that one of the end pin solder points looks like it might have a crack. I need to find a magnifying glass. Wonder what their warranty is on such work? I bought mine 2nd hand from fellow allroad forum member.
