20" wheels on a new S5?
I'm strongly considering purchasing/ordering a new (2021) S5 cabriolet. The 20" inch wheels look great. My plan would be to use them with summer tires in the warmer months (here in NJ) and use 18" wheels / all season tires for the balance of the year. I currently own a Honda Accord with 18" wheels and bad roads / pot holes are never an issue. I've heard about the pitfalls of the larger wheels and how easy it is to wreck tires if you hit a pot hole. Would 20" wheels be an expensive mistake? Or am I mitigating the issue by just using them in the summer w/ summer tires?
