225 or 235 with ASA AR1s - Gary @ Tirerack
I'm looking at getting a set of ASA AR1s with Kumho SPT tires. I've had 235x40x18 SO3 pole positions on AR1s before with sum rubbing issues, but I've read that the S03s tend to run large.
Don't know much about the Kumho SPTs. Is 225 or 235 more appropriate for the ASA AR1s. I'm trying to avoid the streched look.

The S03 did tend to run a bit wide. The Kumho SPT is a good entry-level summer performance tire. If the AR1 is 8" wide, then either 225 or 235 would fit the wheel.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tires</a></li></ul>
