A8 and Eagle LS
Has anyone replaced their Eagle LS tires on an A8. If so what was the difference and what tire did you use. Were the new tires quieter, did thay handle better, were they less harsh. I think the Eagle LS tires are CRAP but I want to hear from other Audi owners before I trash mine.<p>John

I went to 17" Michellin Pilot XGT Z4 225/55 with Ronal R-28 rims. I had the 16" rims with the Eagles. If you have 16" rims, you may want to go to a bigger wheel as well. Noticeable improvement in grip, little change in road noise or ride. No more howling tires in the hard turns either.
