Yes, I have MAE monoblocks by O.Z. racing. although the offset is not for the A4 (like 20mm),
I got them to work the hardway. However, a correct offset like 35 should work on the A4 on this fat rim size. I don't recommend them though, but closet hanger rods work great on fenders
