i have 235's on my s4, but because my wheel offset is different, i ended up with a very similar setup. it rubs just a touch in the front and the back -- e.g., under extreme cornering, but not enough to really damage anything. i've got some minor wear on the wheel well liner and a tiny bit of wear on the tire itself -- it's one of those "roll the fenders someday" kinda things ;-)
