Does adding wheel spacers effect alignment?

I've ordered 15mm(F) and 20mm(R) wheel spacers. Does pushing the wheel out effect alignment setup? Also, I'm going from the stock 7.5" wheel to an 8" wheel. Will that effect it.

I'm scheduled to go to the dealer tomorrow and was considering have them do an alignment on the car. I don't want to pay for an alignment if the above changes will throw it back off.

It will definitely impact handling (changes suspension geometry)

Not sure about the alignment
