When I purchased my 1.8 A4 in July of 1997, I also bought the audi wheel locks from the service department. While chaning my summer rims/tires to the winter set up, one of the wheel lock lugs became stripped. It happened on the last wheel I was taking off. It took awhile for me to remove the stripped lug, with slight damage to my rim.

Has anyone had the same problem? I would like to write a letter and return them back to Audi. Can someone please provide me with an address for Audi parts.
