Fuzion ZRi to Yokohama ES100 questions
I am having bald ZRi's removed and replaced with ES100's. I'm curious as to what I should expect. I've heard complaints about noise for the ES100's, but I've heard the ZRi's are noisy, as well. Should I expect more noise from the ES100's? I would say the ZRi's are a little noisy at this point, as they approach racing slick territory. I'm also curious as to how they should stack up on grip and wear?
thanks,
Andrew

Re: Fuzion ZRi to Yokohama ES100 questions
The ES100 will ride more stiffly and will indeed have higher noise levels than the Zri as it wears down. On the plus side, the ES100 is more responsive and has better dry traction/cornering.
Have you considered the General Exclaim UHP or Kumho ECSTA SPT?<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tires</a></li></ul>

Thank you, Gary!
I have considered others, but I got a very good deal on the es100's. I'm just wondering how they will stack up compared to the ZRi's in terms of noise and treadlife. The ZRi's are bald to the point where they are very dangerous in the wet and I still find the noise tolerable, so I was thinking the es100 would be acceptable. Also wondering if I should be able to get similar mileage from them.
thanks,
Andrew
