I have mounted a set of 18" OZ Superleggeras on my B6 A4 with NO centering rings and have been driving on them for about 3 weeks now.
Should I have put them on? I did not notice any problem mounting the wheels and they have been fine for driving so far - speeds up to ~130kph so far. No vibration to speak of.
Do I need them?
Thanks in advance.

that hub is not perfectly centered you'll get some vibration. The bolts weren't meant to bear the load and forces of the wheel, so even if you're not having issues now, you'll likely have them later. Certainly get the rings unless you have some version of the wheel that is already hubcentric <I have not heard of such a version for Audi>

but I never saw them as separate pieces of hardware when I opened the boxes with the wheels.
