available in 18x8.5 or 19x8.5 with a 30 et and 5x112 bolt pattern does not show up when i search for wheels for my car, 02 S6.

These wheels have very little brake clearance... and your car has huge brake calipers.

How is it any different than the OEM wheels with the same offset?

Default Different wheel designs have different spoke patterns which affect brake clearance.

Keep in mind that spoke design normally will have more to do with brake clearance than offset.
