H&R wheel spacer for porsche rims..
Just go the new issue of Turbo today, and there was an article on H&R. They have a picture in the magazine that shows sapcers which allows porsche rims to be used on a variety of other vehicles... Does That mean the A4 too? Hmmmm.. There was another picture of a beetle sporting porsche rims, so I guess spacers will be available for those who want porsche rims on their audi A4
Dmak 1.8TQMS

Hey Dmak,
Spacers allow the use of wheels with insufficient offset on a car.
See my crude diagram below (hope this works)
/ /
/ /
[ ]
[ ]
[ ]
[ ]
\ \
\ \
Wheel With
Offset Spacer
Spacers aren't a Porsche specific thing. It just means if the wheels you want do not have enough offset to clear the suspension, you can add a spacer to "push" the wheels outwards a bit more.
Keep in mind though that when using a spacer, you may need longer bolts to hold the wheels on. Also, make sure you get quality spacers that are properly balanced.
Hope this helps.
James Wu
A4 Club of Vancouver
1998 Black/Onyx 1.8tqa

A4 Club of Vancouver
