Wow. Your question has been here almost 2 weeks without a reply. I am going to provide as much as I know. I should mention that I have never seen the exact tire/wheel setup you ask about mounted on an A4.
The tire in question (265/35-19”) diameter’s difference is 2.1% from stock. That is well within the 3% difference that can cause problems, so you are OK with that tire's diameter.
The wheel you ask about (19x9.5 with a +46 offset) should fit without rubbing. The “+46” offset is actually conservative.
You are asking about an A4, but the S4 has a configuration with a wheel tire setup that is 255/30-20” tires on 9x20 wheels with a +35 offset. The tires you ask about are 10 mm wider than the maximum size on the A4 (the A4 accepts the same tires), but the offset of the wheels you ask about is 10 mm greater than the OEM maximum on the Audi.
10 mm is less than one-half inch.
The tire/wheel setup you ask about should be OK. In fact, at +46, it might appear a little "tucked" instead of "flush."
Hope this helps
