Installed Falken Azenis ST115.....more (weight etc.)...
The tires are 24lbs each - 225/50/16
The wheels are 19lbs each - S6 Avus wheels
Not too bad if you ask me!
The tires are really nice for the price (93 each shipped), very quiet and handling is decent, I have them on my A6 Avant, our family car, good match!

I absolutely think these are the grippiest tire you can get, but I am surprised that you find them quiet. On my Miata they made crazy noise, but the car didn't have the sound deadening of the A4. Have fun with the new rubber bands; on-ramps beware!
