just wondering - has ne1 run Dunlop SP9000s in light snow?

Don't do it. . .
This is a summer tire with big unbroken treadblocks, and wide, unbroken tread gaps. The tire has no way to eject snow trapped in its treadblocks, and with so little siping, has only a small amount of edging to bite into the snow with.
IMO, more dangerous is the hard compound, and should you encounter icy conditions, you will not be able to stop. You will hope for snow to bring you to a stop because of the plowing effect.
I don't think anyone should run summer tires in wintery conditions outside of an emergency.
