Lowering needs alignment
I've just paid $300 to have my tie rod ends replaced at 67k on my 96 2.8, but my mechanic can't do alignments (no local Audi dealer). I figured since alignment has to be done, I might as well upgrade the springs. Any recommendations for Eibach or H&R? And how would it change factory specs, since I'll have to take it to a Gemini or NTB chain to have the wheel alignment done (I am concerned about this--has anyone used these guys for alignments?)

I've used NTB once for an alignment...they're actually not bad...depends on the mechanic of couse...

For the record, I did not get the springs yet, but needed the alignment done badly. I took it to NTB and they did a good job and the service was great. I was pleasantly surprised (not to mention complimented on the A4)
