Default this may sound stupid....is there any way to change the lug pattern of audi's..

..to say that of a bmw without using a spacer adapter ? this may sound dumb as hell and im sorry, just want 19/10 bbs ch's in a 20 offset and thats the rear size for the m3

Default you'd need a new hub and rotors. Better question is .....

how do you expect to fit ET20 and 19/10? RS4 fenders?

and motor, and VIN

His car is one of the few actual B5 RS4s in the US.

Utopiacar over on AZ switched to a BMW hub FWIW.
