Default Michelin AS3+ on the A6

Just replaced my DSW06 with the AS3+. So far, feeling good and quiet driving home.

Interesting that the installer put 38 PSI on the front and 41 on the back. Told me the back is where the tractions come from? Any truth to this?

I always thought you want to put a higher PSI

in the front where the engine is.

I just had these installed on my A6 yesterday. For the size I put on 255/40ZR 19 100Y,
the manual says 36 front and 33 rear for normal load. Installer wanted to follow what was on the label on the drivers side door but that is only for maximum load. The Pirelli’s that came on the car were starting to go with 16k on them.
