Default MM11-2 vs. SSR Integral

There is a very obvious price difference, but what are the weight/strength/general quality differences. I very much like the look of both and am considering 18x8 and 225/40-18 Pirelli P7000's. Also, if I get them balanced and mounted by tirerack, can I just throw them on the car? There isn't a need for realligning if it's not out right now, correct?

Default SSR Integral are the way to go...

If you can afford or justify to yourself spending that much money. I am, and hope to order in the next month. The combination of looks, quality, and low weight at a reasonable price are the reason I am doing so...

I think it is safe to say that the Integrals will be lighter and of a higher quality than the MM, and the build process/material makes them very durable. Are they worth the price? I certainly think so...

And yes, if you buy the wheels/tires as a package, they will come mounted and balanced, ready to be bolted on to your car. And if your car is aligned right now, you shouldn't need to have an alignment done.

Hope this helps.

Default Re: SSR Integral

The SSRs are a solid-forged wheel. Lighter & stronger , which will translate to better durability is the biggest difference.

Styling wise, both I have sold extensively for the car & they look great, so its a matter of budget. If you can swing the SSRs, they are they way to go!

Call me to discuss in more detail or when you are ready for the wheels!

Thanks!

Default SSR Integral

I got mine a year ago from Eddie. Mounted with 225/40x18 Pilot Sports. Excellent package. Light, strong, very nice looking. Still true and balanced after a year.
