Mr. @Tirerack. Advice Please. TIA
Eddie,
I have a 2000 A6 4.2 w/ 255/40/17. Just traded my highly moded 02 S4, for a family grocery getter
Anyway, she came with Nokian snow tires and I need to put summers on. My order of importance is as follows:
1. Wet and dry safety/handling
2. Tread life/wear
3. Price
4. Noise/ride quality
I'd kick around wheels if you have a good package in 19's.
Thanks Eddie, I appreciate it.

Based upon your criteria, the Bridgestone Potenza S03s are the way to go. best overall handling & THE BEST on the market for wet performance. The Dunlop SP9000s offer a bit less handling, with slightly improved ride & treadlife (1-2k miles) on them as a good alternate.
take a look- call me to discuss or if ordering them!<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tire Info</a></li></ul>
