Nail in tire - advice needed . . .
Noticed nail embedded in tire (Dunlop winter m2's) only the head of the nail is showing. Don't have any idea how long it's been there. No loss of tire pressure thank goodness. Should I just leave it there until I change over to my summers? Then take it for repair? How "urgent" is this? Advice please. Thanks.

Just have it fixed.
It'll take like a half hour and cost about $10-$15 at most local tire stores. Just make sure they patch it instead of plugging it.
Why bother taking the chance it starts leaking and become a bigger headache later?

Agree. You never know when it will come out and you're stuck with a flat...
If you have a Discount Tire in your area, they should patch it for free; they always do for me (even if I didn't buy the tires from them).
