Default Nails in Tread

I just got two more nails in one of my tires. I had one patched for $25 a few weeks ago. There is so much building going on here. cant go one block without 2 or 3 dumpsters here down the Jersey Shore.

What should I do with the one or two nails I have in my rear tire? Plug or patch? I have about 7500 miles on them and they are Z rated.

Thanks,
Drew

Default Alway opt for a patch. And you pay too much at $25.00

A plug can come loose and get sheared by the steel belts. A patch..done right will out last the rest of the tire.
Firestone, Goodyear, WTC, all these centers charge about 15.00 (long island) and this should include a high speed balance... a must after a repair.

Side walls don't get repaired.. get as new one.

Complain to the manager of the job site wher eyou are picking up the nails... save the nails and mail them a bill..nothing to loose.

I think I know the job site, but there are about 200 projects going on in my town, which is about 1x2 miles.

Thanks,
Drew
