Paging DHPress (or Gary@Tirerack) . . . noob question on your summer set-up.
I'm looking to have the same summer and winter set up as you:
SUMMER Setup: RS 6 Wheels/Kumho TA 245/40R18
WINTER Setup: Mille Miglia A1/Dunlop SP
WinterSport M3 255/40R17
1) Why go narrower in the summer?
2) Recommended 18" tire is 255/35. I'd think that you'd have a speedo calibration problem with the 245/40. Any problems or is the circumfrence the same?
