Recommendation Wanted - A6 All Season Tires
I have a 2011 A6 3.0L with 130,000 miles on it. Currently have BF Goodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S All Season (245/40 ZR18 97Y) with 35,000 miles on them. I love my A6, but am not happy with these tires, especially how loud they about 35 mph or so. My daughter's Chevy Cruze is quieter than my Audi with these Goodrich tires...
So my request is for a recommendation for an all season tire that won't break the bank, is quiet and will wear well. Also, I live in MN so want something that is halfway decent on snow/ice.
Also, if there is some kind of alignment / suspension or related problem, could that be causing wear that will lead to loud road noise? Or is it more about the tire?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Dave: Some guys are really fun on here it seems, so just ignore that BS.
I am new on here, but not new with experience. I recently purchased a 2014 A4, and the tires were noisy, and that does ruin the experience.
I did some searching, and tire rack does have lots of great info. The reviews are all over the place, and so try to read through that.
So, I just mounted a set of General Altimax RT43, in 245-40-18, and I am really pleased so far with these, very quiet, much improved over
what I had before. We will see how they do this winter, the ratings are very good, so check this one out.
I am from ND, so I know all about winter, as we have snow 5 months out of the year, just like you do.
