Id like to swap the 20" wheels/tires out on my leased E-tron GT with the 21" RS wheels. I found someone willing to trade me. Will this be an issue when I go to return the lease? I most likely will be leasing/buying another Audi at end of lease...

I’d expect it to be, yes. Much different to years ago. You signed that you will return the car as you received it, minus window tint

Keep in mind, you're "borrowing" the car, you don't own it. If someone was borrowing something of mine and decided to repaint it because they didn't like the color, I'd be a bit pissed. But if they asked, maybe. So you might ask (I don't know who, the dealership, AoA, the bank?) whoever "hey, can I change the wheels", specifically mentioning "it's wheels that were optional for that vehicle anyway (21" wheel package)", though not exactly. Being corporations and not humans, they'll no doubt say no anyway. But all you can do is ask. Definitely don't do it without permission, unless you have money to burn.
