Default To Gary@Ronal.....

For a business that uses the AudiWorld Forums as a continous form of free advertising, I feel that your attitude with me today seems somewhat short-sighted. I called to ask about pricing 18" wheels for my 225 TTQ Coupe and you quoted me $2400+ for the LZ 18x9 w/Pirelli P7000 SS package. I had no idea what the price would be for this type of wheel, since it's not advertised in any of your numerous "monthly specials" that you've posted in the past. Well, $2400 is a bit more than I'm willing to spend now, and since the only other 18" wheel Ronal has that fits is the R7, and is only available in an 8" width, I said, well I guess we can't do business since I'm looking for a wider rim. It's at this point that you decided to become argumentative about tire sizes and wheel widths, etc. And you rudely ended it by saying "I think you should take your business elsewhere". Does that ring a bell?

Well, I thought it important enough that other users of the forum should know what they can expect when trying to get information to make a buying decision, which is all I was trying to do. Yesterday on the telephone, Sacha at Edgeracing.com was able to be helpful and informative, answer questions, and make me feel like doing business with him. I wish I could say the say the same for you. I suggest that if you're going to use the forums to advertise your goods, that you ought to be a little more customer friendly in fielding inquiries.
