Default Steering pulling to the left and now pulling REALLY hard to the right?

I rotated my tires this weekend (criss-crossed) and now my car is pulling really hard to the right. I've checked the tire pressure and it's all even at 34psi. I have bad control arm bushings (being replaced this Wed) but before I rotated the tires it pulled slightly to the left. Which to me seems that perhaps there is something wrong with the now front right tire (before left back tire). But what could it be there is no vibration and it pulls hard right no matter what speed.
I did notice one thing and that was that the now front right tire was very heavy on the outer rim side when I was rolling it to the front. Is it possible to have a heavy rim that would pull my car out of wack?

Default Sounds like...

Your alignment is out, and your tires are worn incorrectly.

Usually the only way to truly correct a problem like this is Alignment and new tires.

Good Luck
