Default Tire, side ripped

Hello all, I have a 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T PP model. It's leased and the tire got punctured on the side. Anyone know some models that Audi will take for replacement? The base is P235/60 R18 103H. The stock on mine is Michelin Latitude Tour HP. I have about 14k miles on my tires, do I still need both tires replaced?

Thanks all in advanced.

If you replace with the same brand name and model of tire, and have the tire shaved to match the tread depth of the other three tires, then you can get away with replacing a single tire only.

Thanks for the advice. The tread difference between the new tire and the ones still on my car are 1/10 of a centimeter. Is this enough to warrant shaving the new tire? think i can get away with just leaving the new tire alone without losing performance or endangering my car and self?

Thank you again.

Put the new tire on the rear axle where it will get the most wear and rotate the best of the other three tires back there with it. Check the tread depth of the three older tires every 2500 miles and keep rotating the best back to the rear until the new tire is down equal to the other three.

Forgive my non-metric American upbringing, but I think that a tenth of a centimeter is a millimeter. *If* that is the case then you are fine without having to get a tire shaved.
