What snow tire/wheel setup should I get for the winter?

What snow tire/wheel setup should I get for the winter?
15" or 16" - I don't care. Just looking for good tires that will hold up well for several years using them about 3 months per year. I have heard tha Nokians are the best. How about (spellings are probably incorrect)Artic, Gaudex, or Serpent?
I can only imagine how well I can take off from a light in the snow with snow tires on. I can pretty much already leave everyone in the dust with the regular tires when in the snow.
Whats the best deal I can get on winter setup wheels/tires?

Studded:
Nokian Hakka 2's (need to be imported directly from Finland)
Nokian Hakka 1's
Studless:
Nokian Hakka Q's
From my experience they offer great snow performance, they are great at high speeds on dry (compared with other snow tires), good wear rating.

I was told to contact my local Danzas (danzas.com)office. They would handle the shipping. I know the person to contact at the Danzas Montreal office, but unless you're in Montreal it's probably useless.
I'm not sure if Mika will ship with other companies because Danzas is a logistics company. Ask him about that.
