Default 40 or 45 series? stock S4 size is 225/45/17.
2 tires aren't worth very much.. really need a whole set. Plus, the P6000s aren't that great (to put it nicely) to start with.

Like Jprice said, no such size as 225/40R17, used tires go for 50% or less new cost. ~$70each

I sold my P6000 225/45/17 spare (never used) for $75 last year.

Default They turned out to be 255/40/17. Now what are they worth $
My buddy works at a Porsche dealership and they pull near new tires off of spoiled rich guys cars all the time.
