Default Wheel cleaning
Is there any way to get this yellowish stain off? It was crazier before however I could scrub most of that off but it is still yellowish, any ideas? And what is the reason behind it?

Waiting far too long between cleanings.

I would try one of the color changing wheel cleaners. With extended use, it will clean most of that staining over a period of time.

You can also try a gentle polish.

The Sonax wheel cleaner is excellent.
