Wheel Damage Options....
It's a sad, sad day. Less than two months after picking up my '01 TT, a poorly placed sewar cover in Atlanta has gotten the best of me. I've got a bad case of wheel scrape on one wheel. Instead of purchasing a new wheel, I'm considering using a company called the Wheel Collision Center "wheelcollision.com", as opposed to purchasing a new wheel.... Has anyone had any experiences, or know someone who has, with this company or a similar group???? I'm just curious if they're effective and if it's worth it. Any other options are welcome as well. Feel free to email as well as post. Thanks.

I have used Wheeltechnique.com (Campbell CA)
Rim scrapes only might be less than $100...repainting of a total wheel face is $135...I had two done on my AEZ Radons..they look super now.

"a poorly placed sewer cover" ??? that's a riot! Sorry dude.. the wording made me laugh ;-)
I hit the poorly placed rear door of a dump truck a while back. You know those little 1-2 foot doors that they can open up to allow a controlled amount of stuff out? Well, one fell off a truck on a highway, and yes, I hit it. tire, rim and driver's door trashed. This was over 20 years ago though ...
