will 2005 A6 17" wheels fit a 2004 A6 S-line with the bigger factory brakes?

I am looking at a used set of 2005 A6 17" wheels. Does anyone know if these will fit a 2004 A6 S-line with the larger factory brakes?

Any help would be appreciated.
