I was debating how to secure the woofer. The hole patterns do not match so that would mean drill new ones, plug the old ones, and perhaps do not use the OEM woofer cover, but it turns out that the cover sitting atop the woofer will still lie below the cargo floor so I simply attached the cover over top of the woofer — it holds it plenty tight and makes install easy
