Front Windscreen Demister Problems
Selecting Demist P/B or Vent to Windscreen, no air from top vents but instead venting from outer left and right.
You can hear the flap changing, and all the other combinations work.
Does the servo need re-adjusting? Anyone got any ideas?

Try resetting the basic settings to default. That will cause the flap servos to ...
relearn the travel stop limits as defined by the feedback potentiometers on each servo. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the servo motor. A VAG-COM diagnostics/scan tool is needed to reset basic settings.
