Wheel feels like it's going to fall off
I got new wheels/tires about a month ago for my 2005 A4. About a week ago, I noticed vibration at speeds over 70. Then tonight I noticed the vibration when I let off the gas at any speed above 40. Finally while I was driving into my neighborhood it felt like the wheel was going to come off the car. Very wobbly and out of control feeling coming from the right side.
Right now the car is sitting about a mile away in a neighborhood for the night. I'm going to try driving it home tomorrow morning, but I'm wondering what steps I can take to start diagnosing this problem. Thanks!

Start by using the wrench in the trunk and just make sure the lug bolts are all tight.
If you have aftermarket wheels, perhaps they used incorrect lug bolts, or didn't tighten them all on properly.

That was it. Driver side rear wheel had 2 missing lugs and the remaining 3 I could remove using my fingers. Someone screwed up putting that wheel back on... thanks for your help.
