Denso compressor failure
Hey all
On my recently purchased 08 a4, about 6 mouths ago, my Denso compressor locked up. I began taking everything apart and noticed the ac oil is pretty black. And from what I have read there is no point in flushing the condenser out because the lines that make up the condenser are so tiny that you're safer just to purchase a new condenser, which I found for $115 from ESU tuning. Of course there is some work in getting to it but I can replace it myself. The car was super low mileage with only 65k miles as of 2016. Which I really don't like now that I think about it. I went out and bought the Denso compressor again trying to keep it factory. Just want to hear what yall have to say.
