Steering angle sensor problems ESP sensor
I would like to apologize in advance if I missed a post about this. I searched the forum for hours & cannot find anything that helps. I have found things on other models but things are different, the YAW sensor is located behind the radio & climate control on my car.
I have a 2005.5 A4 with a 2.0T that I bought smashed along with an 06 A4 2.0T that I used for parts for the 05. I cannot get the traction control light to go off. I had the vehicle aligned & when I am trying to set my steering angle sensor with my Ross Tech vag.com I cannot get a reading from the longitudinal Acceleration sensor, it just reads 0. I have tried changing the sensor with no luck, still the same reading. I get a reading from the steering angle sensor & can zero it out with the wheel straight. I have tried driving the car slowly after calibration but still nothing. The only light that stays on is my traction control/ESP. Thank you in advance for the help.

It was my YAW sensor which is located behind the climate control mounted to the floor/tunnel. I was not getting a reading from my vagcom on the long/lat sensor, took a while to find a used one, new one was over $600, got the used one for $60. Traction control light is now off!

Would you mind sharing where you get your YAW sensor? I have a 2005.5 A4 2.0T that the ESP light will turn on after ~ a minute from start and stays on. The car seems to run fine. The tech said I need part # 6Q0 907 637 A. New one cost over $600 at ECS Tuning and I'm having difficulty finding a used one.
