In the past 20k miles starting in the 30s, I have had failure of the fuel pump and the turbo. Then I had warning lights and a car that would barely move and when I towed it in and they restarted it everything was working but the computer did record failure of cylinder 1. However, as they could not determine the cause and it was working after they drove it 70 miles they gave it back to me. 24 hours later it totally died on a busy road. Now they have it back...we will see what happens. Any thoughts about these many problems? 2011 A4 Quattro. Thanks.

Around 48k I had the same issues. My car never broke down but started violently shaking. They replaced a bunch of seals and gaskets to no avail. The. The turbo to no avail. Finally after a month in the shop they gave me a brand new engine. I would push for that, especially considering the inconvenience you experienced with a half-hearted repair the first time.
