My center speaker is actually fine. It's the large, silver B&O speaker cover on the front passenger door that rattles to no end.

Sorry to hear this is so common. I had the issue. Three trips to the dealer and lots of insistance it is 99% better. This is from the repair order:
Rattle from the center speaker grill of the dash -- Center dash speaker cover/defrost outlet bracket latch inadequate. Audi tech assistance center advised to replace the defrost outlet bracket and modify and insulate with Audi approved insulating material. Seems resolved
