An Indy repair shop I went to made the generic statement that all aftermarket rotors and pads were noisier than OEM.

"I've put stuff like that on for other cars, and taken them off because they complained that they were too noisy."

I am looking at the EBC Red Stuff and Sport Rotors.
Looking for less brake dust.

I know you have to bed them in, etc., but I don't remember noise being reported as a noticeable or objectionable issue.

If you have personal experience with these, would appreciate your feedback.

I have not tried those brands, but have had nothing short of excellent, quiet performance from Akebono EUR pads. The dustless capability wiped out my need for any extra wheel cleaner, and they otherwise felt just like the OE pads for performance. In wet/dry, ice/summer, etc, never heard a squeak, grind, or any other kind of atypical sound. I've used Akebono EUR on 4 cars so far.

I presently have my car on jack stands doing a brake job. Putting my second set of EBC Red Stuff on now. My factory pads were horrible with squeeks and sounds. EBC were quiet and performed well. I burned through mine fast though tracking my car a couple times. Factory rotors. I am swapping those out now as well. I ordered/made a set of Adams rotors. Can't wait to put them on. I just need a couple extra tools I didn't count on needing.
