hey all, saw these #'s and thought i could get some help....anyone seen this before and if so is it repairable?? thanks for any help offered... here goes.:
Measuring Blocks Group 93 Camshaft Adjustment (adaption values) -29.6*KW(Phase Position Intake Bank 1) 4.5*KW(PPIB 2) 2.3*KW(PP Exhaust Bank 1) 3.4*KW(PPEB 2)
MB Group 91 Camshaft Adjustment (bank 1 intake)
694/min Engine Speed(G28) 0.0%(Intake Camshaft Duty Cycle) 0.0*KW(adjustment specified) 7.9*KW(adjustment actual)
MB G 92 CA (Bank 2 intake)
709/min Engine speed (G28) 0.0%(Intake Camshaft Duty Cycle) 0.0*KW(adjustment specified) 0.4%KW(adjustment actual)
i can get more info if needed but thought i would start here..... i hope this isn't too far gone.....again any help here would be greatly appreciated!!
only negative(minus) # is at cam adjustment phase position intake bank 1
THANK YOU!

Actually you need to combine both the intake and exhaust bank values to determine how "off" you are. Ideally, you should be at 0, so if you intake read -4 and your exhaust read 4, then you would be at 0. Measuring block 93 will give you the phase values for the camshafts relative to the crankshaft. 0 would mean perfect synchronization
Did you have the engine running when you did these measurements? Those values are only calculated on engine start when the crankshaft syncs with the camshafts.

have you checked the solenoids? Your PM to me stated that your mpg is good. BTW, how is your battery? has it ever been changed and I'd get it tested properly or consider replacing it.
