My sales guy at my local dealership tells me that the cutoff for ordering a 2015 A7 / S7 ended a couple weeks ago.

They will start accepting orders for the facelifted A7 / S7 in late December/early January.

Interesting... Do they have the pricing and options info yet? I assume this means the first models hit the US in April or so?

I am coming up on the end of a lease in December, but really want the refreshed A7. I wonder how they are going to give me that as an upgrade option?

We didn't discuss pricing. I too, am leasing my 2013 A7. I'm about 9K miles away from the end of my lease, and at the rate I drive, I'll have those miles knocked out in 5 or 6 months. If they accept an order at the first of the year, hopefully my new S7 will arrive just as the mileage is getting near it's end.

Sometimes the leasing company will let you extend your terms for a few months - it's worth inquiring.

Thank you. This is the info I need. Almost bought one but decided to wait for the facelift since I want the dynamic turn signal lights like the R8. Makes me want this car more!

Has anyone confirmed this ordering timeline? My dealership is saying you can order 2015's for a few more months before they're switching over to 2016's.

I ordered a 2015 S7 on Mon. the 13th. My SA checked with the regional Audi rep. and was told the current 2015 C7 cars (A6/S6/A7/S7/RS7) would remain orderable for at least six months. The refreshed 2016's would become orderable around April 2015 for delivery in July. I didn't want to wait that long.

I got an email yesterday confirming that Audi accepted my order and got a commission number. Should get the car sometime in January.
